Job Description This position supports Morgan Olson's training programs. Focusing on classroom facilitation, data collection and analysis, and documentation, the Training Coordinator is a key role in supporting the Training department deliverables to our internal customers. Essential Job Functions :

• Plan and execute training schedule to be performed with team members and ensure that work performed is in compliance with specifications.
• Instruct and train team members in standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Administer and track training programs using techniques such as classroom learning, demonstrations, one-on-one coaching, or production line how-to.
• Evaluate the outcomes of training sessions and consult with training team to adjust the program to achieve desired results.
• Record and Provide feedback on new team member performance / non-performance to Department Area / Supervisor.
• Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.
• Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time. Qualifications :
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Open to learning new skills and methods
• Previous leadership, coaching, or training experience required
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to multi-task
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing and team concepts
• Good problem solving, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills
• Ability to flex scheduled work times and locations when needed (flexible transportation)
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office or Google Docs PREFERRED
• Presentation or training delivery experience
• Production line experience
• 1-2 years' experience with production processes at Morgan Olson
